Description of Service
Apex Ban Tracker is a community-driven tool that monitors and displays publicly available information about banned players in Apex Legends. We track changes in the ranked leaderboard to detect when players are banned or unbanned from the game.
Use of Service
By using our service, you agree to:

- Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
- Not use automated systems to scrape or collect data in a way that overburdens our servers
- Not use information from this service to harass, threaten, or harm others
- Respect the community nature of this project
Accuracy of Information
While we strive to provide accurate ban detection, our system relies on monitoring ladder position changes. There may be occasional false positives during split resets or other game events. We make no guarantees about the absolute accuracy of ban detections and provide this information "as is" for informational purposes only.

Intellectual Property
The Apex Ban Tracker website design, code, and original content are owned by us. Apex Legends and related trademarks are the property of Respawn Entertainment and Electronic Arts. Player data displayed is publicly available information from the game.
Limitation of Liability
Apex Ban Tracker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to inaccurate ban detections, service interruptions, or data loss. Use this service at your own risk.
User Conduct
You agree not to use information obtained from this service to harass, dox, or otherwise harm any individuals. Ban information is provided for awareness of competitive integrity, not for vigilante action. Misuse of this information may result in being blocked from the service.
